Secret Of Finding Girls On Social Networking Sites

Secret Of Finding Girls On Social Networking Sites
According to my research, Facebook.com have become the most popular platform for meeting girls! So I have to ask you..

Do you use either of these sites?

If you've used this website to meet girls, then you've probably realized that it's actually pretty difficult to meet any girl. One reason is there a lot of stiff competition from other men.

The other reason is there is a lot of women on this site who say they're looking for dating, but instead they're out to take advantage of you.

1- Avoid the 'Friend Whores'

There are a lot of girls on Facebook who are only interested in talking with their list of friends. These 'friend whores' don't want to know you. Instead they want to increase their number of friends. Any attempts to talk to these girls will be ignored.

Simple thing is they're not interested in getting to know the guys on their list.So if you see a woman with more then a couple hundred friends, then you know she's not interested in dating.  Just move on and find someone who is open to talking to a guy.You should ignore that girls which have lot of friends.

2- Avoid the Web Cam or Porn Girls

Always ignore web cam or porn girls.Because they are only fake nothing else. They need money if you want fun with them via cam.

3- Avoid the Businesses

Business companies are showing smartness in these days! They know if they will use any girl's identity for their business then they can attract more men.Instead of looking for a date, these type of people want you to check out their website. As a you can see, they are on MySpace to make money.

4- Avoid the Phishers and Criminals

The phishers and criminals are the worst type of people you can encounter on facebook. These people are on this site for the sole purpose of obtaining your private information to rip you off.  Their goal is to control your account or even gain access to your financial information.

Here is how they operate:

These criminals will send a message or bulletin asking you to check out a site or page. On this page is a script which informs you that you've been logged off facebook. It then tells you enter your facebook account data.Once you enter this information, the criminals will have your private information!

So one second you think you're talking to a pretty girl then suddenly a criminal has access to your important data.

5- Avoid the Models, Stars,

There is a group of people on facebook who request friends in order to build buzz about their work.  So if you get a friend request from a model, star, comedian or band it's not because of your charm, wit or good looks.  It's because they want you check out their profile and support their work.

Now I'm NOT against this type of promotion.  I just want to recommend that you don't waste your time trying to hit on any of these people.  Your messages will go unanswered.

6- Avoid the 'Suspect Women'

There a lot of types of people in this group. My advice is to always look at her entire profile (not just the pics) before contacting a girl.  Look for anything that looks suspicious which might raise any warning bells. For instance, here are a couple of things you should look for:

* A profile that states a girl is 18 and older, yet she makes a reference to being in high school
* A girl with hundreds of comments from guys
* Any girl who has lots of friends, but doesn't seem to receive any personal comments

As you can see, there are a lot of pitfalls when trying to date women on Facebook. While I think this site is an excellent source for finding available women in your area, you should know what to look for and the type of women to avoid.

Just use common sense and don't waste time with women who aren't interested in dating. You can Subscribe me here.

Health Benefits of Pawpaw

 Health Benefits of Pawpaw
(Asimina triloba)
Annonaceae
Common names;Poor-man’s banana and Indiana banana
The North American pawpaw is a temperate member of the mostly tropical Annonaceae or Custard Apple
family.Another rare find. The Pawpaw (Asimina triloba) is one of United State's most over-looked fruits.Native to most parts of the United States, the Pawpaw thrives with little or no care. It is a small (12-20 feet tall), deciduous tree with a pyramidal shape. The fruit is 4 to 5 inches long with a custard smooth, white to apricot flesh. Delicious and complex combination of banana, mango and pineapple like flavor is awesome. The fruit is usually eaten fresh, but may also be used for making custard pies and preserves. In addition, wild fruit collected from some trees can have a bitter aftertaste. Fruit from grafted trees of named varieties is of a higher quality, does not have a bitter aftertaste, and has greater market potential. Pawpaw is also a common name for papaya (Carica papaya), a tropical fruit in the family Caricaceae. The two fruits are very different from each other, but some pawpaws do have a papaya-like flavor.

Pawpaw pollination is worth knowing something about. Now these are truly strange trees. Two trees are
needed for cross-pollination. Their favorite pollinator is the green bottle fly. Some growers have gone to great lengths to attract this shy creature. One noteworthy method is to place rotten hamburger in buckets around the tree for a few weeks before bloom to build up the fly colony. Whew! Must be a better way! (Also hand pollinate using small brushes to transfer pollen between trees).

5 WAYS TO USE YOGURT AS A NUTRITIOUS SUBSTITUTE

5 WAYS TO USE YOGURT AS A NUTRITIOUS SUBSTITUTE
Yogurt is one of the most versatile foods, especially for children who love dips and toppings. It can be used as a substitute for many high-fat foods. Here are some suggestions.

1. Use yogurt in place of mayonnaise. Non- fat, plain yogurt contains less than ten percent of the calories, less than one percent of the fat, and around three percent of the cholesterol of an equal amount of regular mayonnaise. Combining equal amounts of low-calorie mayonnaise and low fat yogurt works well for many dishes, including potato salad, coleslaw, pasta salad, tuna salad, dips, and appetizers.

2. A favorite with toddlers. Yogurt makes a tasty and nutritious dip for toddlers, who love to dip their exploring fingers into new foods. It is also a favorite topping for toddler foods and a time honored bait to entice toddlers to try new foods.

3. Try whole plain yogurt as a healthy alternative to sour cream. It is much lower in calories, fat, and cholesterol. If you're adding it to a sauce in place of sour cream, heat it over very low heat so it doesn't curdle. After a while, switch to lowfat.

4. Try yogurt in baking recipes. Plain yogurt can often be substituted for milk, buttermilk, or sour cream in recipes for waffles, pancakes, and muffins.

5. Substitute yogurt for ice cream. Yogurt shakes and smoothies are a low-fat alternative to ice cream.

SIX HEALTH BENEFITS OF LACTOBACTERIA

SIX HEALTH BENEFITS OF LACTOBACTERIA
Healthy bacteria reside in everybody's colon, and in return for food and a warm place to live these resident bacteria contribute to your health. One of the most intestinal-friendly resident bacteria is the family of lactobacteria, so called because they thrive on lactose sugars. The resident germ you will read most about isL.acidophilus, which means "acid- loving," because these organisms grow best in an acidic intestinal environment. Here are some healthy things these bacteria do for your body:
1. Improves digestion. Lactobacteria, as the name implies, help digest the lactose in dairy  products, preventing lactose overload, and lessening problems with lactose intolerance. Lactobacteria also help with the absorption of valuable nutrients and stimulate peristalsis, the movement of food through the intestines that leads to regular bowel movements.

2. Manufactures vitamins. Like rich soil grows vitamin-rich foods, lactobacteria produce B-complex vitamins, along with vitamin K.

3. Manufactures nutrients. Friendly bacteria help manufacture essential fatty acids called short chain fatty acids (SCFA). These are valuable nutrients for intestinal cells and also produce cancer-fighting substances.

4. Boosts immunity. Lactobacteria inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria and fungi, such as candida (yeast). They help keep the intestinal environment acidic and compete with harmful bacteria and the toxins they produce. They even produce hydrogen peroxide, which has a natural antibiotic effect.

5. Protects against carcinogens. Lactobacteria bind potential carcinogens, preventing them from damaging cells. L.bulgaricus, the main lactobacillus used in yogurt, has anti-tumor properties. Specifically, lactobacteria bind heavy metals and bile acids, which are potential carcinogens. These bacteria inhibit the growth of nitrate-producing bacteria (nitrates can be a carcinogen). They also metabolize flavanoids, producing natural anti-tumor substances.

6. Protects against cardiovascular disease. Lactobacteria help regulate cholesterol and tryglyceride levels in the blood.

Be kind to the bugs in your bowels. They do good things for you.
